During the Democratic Presidential Debate on July 31, 2019, Congresswoman Tulsi Gabbard confronts Senator Kamala Harris on a number of issues regarding her conduct while Attorney General of California. One of the issues references a case filed by Mr. Adams raising the claim that California State prison inmates are being used for cheap labor...in fact, Mr. Adams is claiming it is a violation of Eighth Amendment rights.
